Sectors
We work across a range of sectors, which means that we understand the demands of our clients’ industries. It helps us to develop designs that really add value, as well as giving us chance to apply some creative flair.
Our clients tell us that they like the fact that we apply as much imagination to an office scheme as a nightclub. Take a look below at how we work and the results we achieve.

Work
Industrial
Most interior designers don’t work with industrial clients. We’re different. Monteith Scott has a record of working with major industrial clients, and has carried out innovative commercial interior design for industry in factory as well as office environments.
From helping Rover Group to develop break – out and wc facilities worth £2 million throughout their Powertrain factories at Longbridge, to developing the world class engine plant at Hams Hall for BMW Motoren GmbH, we are industry (and industrial) experts.
-
Work
Educational
Developing environments that encourage learning and development takes skill and creativity. Our happy clients tell us that we offer them both. We understand the balance between inspiring without distracting to develop innovative, practical interior design.
We work closely with education and training facilities, including the City Technology College in Bradford, and the Schools of Physics and Astronomy and Chemical Engineering at The University of Birmingham.
Our commercial clients also rely on us to make their training suites inspirational rather then insipid – Star Internet and The Institution of Chemical Engineers to name just a few.

Work
Workplace
Everyone works better in environments that uplift and stimulate. We have developed a reputation for innovative solutions that help to make our clients a success, whatever their business.
Every Monteith Scott commercial office design project begins with a workplace audit. We use this time to get under the skin of our clients. We look at what they do, how they work and what they need. We then devise a full space plan and furniture specification with a design scheme from concept to completion, where required.
We’ve successfully offered this service to clients including Mitchells and Butlers’, the Learning and Skills Council and GKN.

Brands our team has produced interiors for include The Restaurant Group, Marston’s, Orchid Group, Dragon Pubs and Hilton Hotels.
