Award-winning CAN Mezzanine provides high-quality shared office accommodation in prime locations for social enterprises and charities. CAN selected Monteith Scott to design its new Grade ‘A’ Old Street base due to its ability to breathe CAN’s brand into the fabric of the new space. Services provided by Monteith Scott for the five-floor project included space planning, finishes, commissioning animation, furniture, reception and lighting. Since its completion in April, demand for the 480 desk-space has been high.

The world’s first circular terminal building, The Beehive at Gatwick, has been transformed by quality serviced office provider, OREGA, into 29,700 sq ft of spectacular commercial space. Monteith Scott was appointed through the contractor, Engineered Interiors, to convert the tower’s ‘doughnut’ space into two floors of stylish office accommodation. The Beehive is just one of several projects that Monteith Scott has worked with OREGA on.

The renovation of Hospira’s three Leamington Spa-based offices has been completed. The leading global hospital products company commissioned Monteith Scott with a particularly challenging brief: to provide radical space planning and interior design that could be implemented with staff still working on site. Monteith Scott worked with Hospira’s project team to deliver a sophisticated multi-phased project that enabled employees to continue to safely work on site during the extensive renovation programme.

A further chapter in the development of TUI’s UK HQ has been achieved with the completion of the scheme’s Phase 3. Previously occupying just elements of the building, the leading international leisure travel group has now taken over the entirety of the Luton premises. Just one of the methods to bring space and people together has involved the integration of the ground and first floor by inserting a staircase to the atrium above. Having worked on all three phases, Monteith Scott provided services including concept development, interior design and bespoke furniture and lighting.
